We only accept cancellation requests within 1 hour of placing your order. After 1 hour, your order is sent for processing and cannot be modified or canceled.

What is your cancellation policy?

To guarantee and increase the longevity of the glaze and ceramic it is preferable to hand wash all of our products rather than put them in the dishwasher. In particular, the Nepal, Atlas, and Drobak, which have wooden handles, must be hand-washed carefully to preserve the wood.

How should I clean & care for my product?

We currently are not shipping outside of the United States however we look to open up international orders in the near future. Check back soon as we are expanding our shipping locations as quickly as possible!

Does Ecletticos offer international shipping?

- Due to their fragile nature, **our products can take 12-16 business days to reach their destination within the states (not including processing times)**

How can I track my order?  

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to submit a return request. To be eligible your item must be unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The following are not eligible for refund or exchange: Final sales, Gift cards, Custom-made products & Gifts with purchase
