We only accept cancellation requests within 1 hour of placing your order. After 1 hour, your order is sent for processing and cannot be modified or canceled.

How can I cancel/change my order ?

To guarantee and increase the longevity of the glaze and ceramic it is preferable to hand wash all of our products rather than put them in the dishwasher. In particular, the Nepal, Atlas, and Drobak, which have wooden handles, must be hand-washed carefully to preserve the wood.

How should I clean & care for my product?

We are a team of designers who work with various different manufacturers to design and produce the products you see on our site (and more to come)!

Where are the products made?

If you haven't received an order confirmation email, it is likely due to one of two things:
Your order was never actually placed and processed, or maybe you placed the order with a different email address.
If you are certain that the email address linked to your order is correct, please check the spam folder for your order confirmation.
In the event that you still cannot locate an order confirmation, please contact our customer service department by emailing support@ecletticos.com.
